The Charm bar is usually always located to the top right corner of your screen. This feature can always be brought back with the help of the “Windows + C” combination. Apply the setting and you have successfully disabled Charms Hot Corner. Switch over to the Navigation tab and uncheck the “When I point to the upper-right corner, show the charms” box.
